SHIPPING POLICY

General Shipping:

Nationwide- Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum order purchase value criteria. Normal shipping time will be 4 to 6 days. (Please note: Shipping time mentioned is calculated considering all major cities in India. If it’s a remote place, shipping time may increase)

Express Shipping:

Nationwide: Rs. 100 will be extra for all express orders. Delivery time will be 2 to 3 days to all metro cities in India. To rest cities, it will be 4 to 5 days.

Processing Time:

We start the process after you place the order. Once payment is confirmed, your order will ship out within 2-3 days.

Delivery times depend on the courier service, which issues a tracking number. Once received, we will Update on our page. 

Please allow at least 24 hours before tracking your parcel.

Local Collections:

Subak offer local Pick up for those who reside in Pune town. Pick up are available in Camp area Pune, 411001

Subak is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. Please provide your detail address while placing order. Keep track on your package. You can contact respective courier company (Will be mentioned on tracking page) and share your tracking number with them.

Please send us an email Before you want to return the Item. We will have to analyze your concern before accepting Return.

Notify Subak team within seven days of the purchase date to arrange a refund or exchange. Your Request will not be entertain if you will generate a return after 7 days. The condition of returned items must be new and unused.

Refund & Exchange:

Upon receiving your return, We will inspect the condition of the item. Once we are satisfied, we approve the refund or exchange. Refunds take seven business days from the returns approval. When your returns processed, we will notify you on whats app number.
