Prices and delivery costs for online purchases on the Site are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders of which the purchaser has already been sent an order confirmation. .

Payments for purchases made on website will be accepted through Razorpay or Paypal.
Payment methods, such as: Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, UPI
You will get a system generated receipt after placing the order.
Product is not Prepared or shipped until payment is confirmed.
Payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason.
For all online orders, national, state or local GST is included, however if you place direct order with us and need to submit your GST number, you will be charges 5% GST on the Order.
For GST Bill. Mail us on email@example.com. Mention GST registration number, Entity Name, billing address. No change in the said details will be allowed once the order is placed.
Member further acknowledges that Subak will not be responsible for verification of GST registration number and the Entity name, if applicable. Any tax liability arising consequent to non-compliance of law or due to furnishing of incorrect GST registration number and the Entity name, if applicable shall be borne by Customer. In the event, if Member fails to furnish GST registration number, the Member will be treated as ‘unregistered’ and will not be able to avail any input tax credit

Subak, will not collect, store or sell any personal information you have provided while placing the order. Your information will be safe and confidential.

If you want to cancel the order for some reason, you can request a cancellation by contacting us with the details of your order

Once the order is dispatch and you wish to cancel, don't accept the parcel at your door step. The orders are usually dispatched within 2 days of successful payment. (May vary on customization) Please note that a cancellation request does not guarantee the cancellation of your order. Cancellation is not applicable for customize items. For security reasons, we request you to contact us through the mobile number or email address you used while ordering. Subak reserves the right to reject a request for cancellation.
In case of cancellations or returns, we will send you an email or text on whats app to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you can let us know your account details or UPI, you will get your amount within a certain amount of days.
